The building is bioclimatic and the menu changes every two months depending on availability of seasonal products from the land (nothing comes from a heated greenhouse), where the supply radius is no more than 40 km around Gacilly. In timeless and minimal décor, which is very relaxing and where plastic is banned, enjoy the modern recipes, where the treasures of the sea and the allotment - including many ancient vegetables - are enhanced with exquisite flavours.
