  • La Grée des Landes is an organic restaurant favouring local produce and which promotes farming that is 100% virtuous for the environment. The new chef, Fabien Manzoni, 35 years old, took over the winning formula in April 2019, inaugurated by Gilles Le Gallès ten years ago.

    In France, authentically organic gastronomic restaurants are few and far between, so a truly exceptional experience awaits you at "Jardins sauvages", the famous restaurant of the Yves Rocher eco-hotel and spa. This four-star establishment nestled on the heights of Gacilly has been demonstrating for a long time that well-being is possible without having a negative effect on the environment. The building is bioclimatic and the menu changes every two months depending on availability of seasonal products from the land (nothing comes from a heated greenhouse), where the supply radius is no more than 40 km around Gacilly. In timeless and minimal décor, which is very relaxing and where plastic is banned, enjoy the modern recipes, where the treasures of the sea and the allotment - including many ancient vegetables - are enhanced with exquisite flavours.
