Restaurant Partage & Hôtel Les Voyageurs ***

A gastronomic restaurant in the medieval village of Saint-Renan
Hotel-restaurant, Traditional cuisine, Seafood in Saint-Renan

  • Originally from Iroise, Julien Marseault was trained by Guy Savoy and Patrick Le Guen. After being noticed in Corsica and Switzerland, he returned to Brittany in 2019 to create this restaurant with an innovative concept.

  • Situated in the 17th-century Les Voyageurs hotel, the name of the restaurant, “Partage”, meaning Sharing, is apt: for the chef, gastronomy must be convivial and the dishes must be shared by all guests. They are served on a specific stand, designed by a local cabinet worker, so that each person can try a maximum of tastes. The Inspiration menu, which has seven dishes, is ideal for appreciating the creativity of the restaurant, which is particularly famous for its potato and black pudding...

In a very modern décor with tawny tones, you can enjoy pork cheek stew, oysters with smoked cabbage, mullet with fennel, or black fruit and violet tart with blackcurrant sorbet.
