  • In old Vannes, a young restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere and a dynamic team in the kitchen.

    The smallest kitchen in the West, but great talent and enthusiasm in the food and service.. Thierry Seychelles, a name from paradise for a food from paradise, where the dishes, like this crusted turbot, blossom with freshness, flavours and colours! On offer are country dishes, like black pudding with potato meringue soufflé and foie gras foam, or fish dishes such as turbot, with ceps, oysters and champagne in a frothy bouillon. And in the restaurant the Kaczorowski sisters, Sarah and Carine, serve you with a smile in totally refurbished surroundings. Don't be fooled by the half-timbered house front (we are in the old part of Vannes, remember): the interior is decorated throughout in shades of taupe, gold and Dior white.
