  • Diving for fun could be the perfect slogan to describe Saint-Cast Diving, a centre located on the Canevez area at the end of the harbour in Saint-Cast-Le Guildo, in the Côtes d'Armor.

From May to November, aboard RIBs for 18 people, the association allows experienced divers the opportunity to explore. In the peak season (15th July to 15th August), four volunteer instructors are available to offer a first experience to beginners (from the age of 14) and level 1 classes. “Our goal is to keep our tariffs low to allow everyone to discover what it is like to dive”, explained Christophe Bouessel, the president of the club. “That is achieved thanks to volunteers who give their time. Individuals and groups can stay in the camp sites, which makes it easy.” All that has to be done is to get into the water at the foot of the La Latte Fort, off the island of Cézembre or down on to the wreck of the Laplace.
