Quai du Bajoyer, in front of the Vauban Basin, the SNBSM headquarters is the place to be if you are a racer in the bay. Its bar and quiet atmosphere clearly show the British influence. St. Malo Bay Yacht Club offers sailing activities throughout the year for adults and children from the age of 7, for fun or competitions. Windsurfing, catamaran and optimist sailing are among the possibilities of the week-long training courses. It is also possible to hire equipment. SNBSM is also the club that hosts the Route du Rhum, one of the top single-handed races. Finally, SNBSM runs the Bon Secours centre under the ramparts, where anyone can learn how to sail a dinghy or racing catamaran.
