Sailing, canoeing, rowing, mountain biking, archery… Out on the water or on the shore, the big lake at Jugon-les-Lacs in the Côtes d’Armor invites you to try something new without having to worry about being out at sea.
Maybe you dream of going sailing, but fear some nasty conditions out at sea? The 70 hectares of water at Jugon are perfect for you. “Over the past fifteen years, and even if sometimes there are strong winds, we have never had to cancel a single session. We are a centre for beginners and something we are proud of, we can also welcome people with limited mobility on board specially equipped boats,” added Frédéric Chaperon, the director of the Sport - Nature Centre in Jugon. Ideal for those who want to try windsurfing, catamaran sailing, or canoeing and rowing. The centre was set up when the Sea sports club merged with the mountain-biking centre in Arguenon-Hunaudaye. The latter offers no fewer than 200 km of trails with many sites to visit in the heart of a natural area. You can take full advantage of this area of Brittany that surrounds the lake and can also enjoy the pleasures of archery among other activities.
