Renewed every three weeks, it marries Breton products (short supply circuit and sustainable agriculture) with Asian cooking and seasoning techniques, creating a harmony of captivating savours. Line-caught fish, abalones, scallops, common octopus, veal tongue and kidneys, pig's feet and seasonal vegetables are braised, seasoned with soy sauce or saké, and served with exotic citrus fruits, flowers or seaweed. The result is sublime, light and healthy. It tastes even better served in this stylised Breton tableware and this warm décor of copper, wood, marble and tiling, adjoining the wine bar which is very popular for tapas. A unique experience!
