Visite de Quimperlé en kayak

The Ellé, Laïta, and Isole Rivers all come together in Quimperlé making it an ideal place for kayakers. From the age of 10, your children can also take part in this activity, which does not require any particular knowledge. As soon as you leave Quimperlé, you are in the countryside. You can see the old houses dating back to the 15th Century, and the upper town dominated by Saint-Michel Church. Your children will be speechless when they see the salmon darting up the river. Above your heads, willow, ash and other powerful trees will offer you some shade and keep you cool on a hot day. Before the minibus takes you back to where you set out from, your guide will invite the most courageous among you to paddle across the Gorrets dam. This is something that teenagers will certainly go for. If you so wish, you can avoid this tricky stretch by carrying your kayak for a few metres.
