Nomadic yoga
Gastronomy ,  Hiking at Redon

  • Beyogiewalkie teaches yoga whilst hiking in full nature. A breath of zen air in the gentle Redon countryside.

The first yogi masters drew inspiration from the fauna and the flora to conceive their first yoga poses. Peggy revisits the tradition by organising yoga sessions in the open air, whilst trekking for 7 kilometres surrounded by water, flowers and trees. To the rhythm of the walk, the immersion in full nature maximises the known benefits of yoga in fighting daily stress such as correcting bad posture, breathing better, thinking more positively and meditating whilst being fully conscious. In small groups of no more than 18 people, participants go through a choreography of precise movements accompanied by the songs of birds. You will need at least one hour and forty-five minutes of pacey walking to get to the core of your well-being.
