Housed in enclosures which recreate their natural habitat, the animals are really well looked after here. Much of the park is devoted to species from Asia (Przewalski horses, Bactrian camels, Siberian tigers, snow leopards etc.). The circuit is dotted with little islands where visitors can spot gibbons, lemurs, grey langur monkeys, siamang gibbons, fishing cats, large cormorants, Dalmatian Pelicans and porcupines parading, one after another. Further on, in two huge enclosures, you’ll see Vietnamese deer. The visit continues with the pink flamingo aviary and an enclosure housing dhole, coatis and red pandas. Created in 1960, the park was bought by the Côtes d'Armor General Council in 2003 and given a complete makeover in 2007. Disabled visitors will be pleased that even the most sloping parts of the park are accessible to wheelchairs.
