For 30 years, Sillages Kayak & Paddle has been offering you the chance to rediscover this remarkable site in complete safety, using high-performance equipment that's accessible to all. We offer a range of services for individuals and groups: introductory courses, half-day outings and 3 or 5 half-day courses. Each outing begins with a quick briefing on land, and the activities are systematically supervised by experienced, qualified instructors. As well as giving you technical advice, they'll be happy to tell you all about the environment and heritage of the Quiberon peninsula. Another strong point: mobility. "Depending on the weather conditions, we sail either on the wild coast, to the west of the peninsula, or in Quiberon Bay, to the east," explains Eric Marion, Sillages Kayak de Mer Quiberon's nautical manager. "This allows us to ensure the safety of the sport and means that we hardly ever have to cancel any sessions. With safety in mind, the centre also provides real sea kayaks, which are recent and well-maintained. The centre is open from Easter to All Saints' Day, and on request the rest of the year.
