A country mansion full of character in the heart of the Breton countryside where you can rest and explore at will.
The Hotel Domaine de la Ferrière welcomes you to its beautiful grounds, its lake and its tranquillity. Each of the bedrooms looks out onto centuries-old trees, and is decorated individually in comfortable, warm, shades and modern or antique style furniture - sometimes from local antique markets. There is a seminar room and other rooms in the chateau can also be used by small groups, whereas for much larger numbers marquees can be hired and set up in the grounds. For dinner, the proprietor, M. Simon, is happy to serve you with grilled or grill-stone cooked dishes and crêpes. As a former butcher, he knows his meat, and how best to cook it. For amusement there is plenty on offer - heated swimming pool, fishing in the private lake, bicycles on the country paths or along the Nantes-Brest canal, or visiting neighbouring towns such as Josselin, just 10 minutes away.
