We ensure that these cookies areproperly managed   by   third-party services, but we are not responsible for   them.

5.  Shelf life

We comply with the requirements set by the CNIL in terms of data retention period.

Technical or essential cookies are kept for the time necessary for the provision and proper operation of the service.

As far as audience measurement cookies are concerned, their lifespan does not exceed 13  months. As for the information collected through these tracers, it is kept for 25 months.

Other cookies are stored for a period reasonably necessary for the purposes for which they are used. The validity of the consent granted shall not exceed a period of 13 months.

6.  Consent and exemption

According to the CNIL guidelines, it is necessary to distinguish between cookies that are subject to prior consent and those that fall under the exemption regime.

The cookies that require your prior consent are cookies of an advertising nature.

Technical cookies and those relating to audience measurements fall under the exemption regime.

With regard to audience measurement cookies that process personal data, you can object.

Regarding the collection of consent  and the management of the right to object, we use a Consent Management Platform (“CMP”)  or consent management platform.
