Between Morlaix and Brest, Landivisiau is home to a delicious crêperie, run for the last five years by a woman who loves good produce... and the results are in the food!
She used to be a teacher in the Jura, and now she's been running a crêperie in Finistère for five years! Alexandra Vallet has no regrets about her change of life... and neither do we! Because the boss does things well. She selects all her products locally, starting with the flour she chooses from Emmanuel Péron, a farmer and miller from the Mam'Gozh farm in Plonévez-du-Faou. Remarkable raw materials, most of them organic, fresh and homemade... "Alex" does the crêpe genre proud. Alex" honours the crepe-making tradition, which is all too often mistreated. On her short menu - another good sign! The menu is short - another good sign! - and includes classics as well as original recipes, such as this savoury crêpe with comté cheese, smoked bacon, mushrooms, cream and cider, or this sweet crêpe with cinnamon-baked apples, homemade caramel, gingerbread ice cream and homemade whipped cream. It's beautiful and tasty! And the rest? A large garden terrace, a children's bookshop and artists' exhibitions!
