Just a stone's throw from our Comptoir Breizh Café, discover all the variations on this plant, unjustly known as 'buckwheat', an essential part of Brittany's agricultural and culinary traditions: organic flours, Bordier salted butter biscuits and shortbread, salted butter caramel sweets with buckwheat flakes, salted butter spreads and caramels, pasta from Le Ruyet, Cancale honey.
