"I love mixing cultures!" Southern and Breton cultures mingle because this is, after all, a restaurant serving locally sourced food "but without blinkers, using flavours from elsewhere!" All the good Breton products are there, coucou de Rennes (chicken cooked in Telenn Du beer), John Dory with Breton curry etc. And the sun is there too, shining through the glass in the magnificent octagonal conservatory.
