Not far from Saint-Brieuc station, this contemporary-style restaurant is cosy and focuses on its customers’ well-being. The menu features good local products that are altered as little as possible.

Loyal to the motto of Alain Ducasse who claims that “ simplicity is the new luxury”, Gwenaël and Marine never combine more than three flavours in their dishes so that the savours remain intact. They get their fish and seafood from the Erquy fish market. Their scallops come from Saint-Brieuc bay, of course, and they often feature on the menu. With Gwenaël having lived in Gers, in south-west France, fois gras is another classic of the restaurant: with Périgord black truffle or associated with pork cheek and rolled in spices, it creates an explosion in the mouth, especially when accompanied with a Côtes de Gascogne. For dessert, Plougastel strawberries on Breton shortbread are always a hit.
