Chapel, Chinese-style bandstand surrounded by water, rare species of trees, 18th century château…a true wonderland!Behind the walls of these gardens, 30 hectares of gardens open out before your eyes. Both French and English styles are cleverly combined here, giving this place its unique character. You can stroll around the grounds of the 18th century château, planted with a huge variety of trees and shrubs (Lebanese cedar, evergreen oak, chestnut trees etc.).These gardens also house what used to be the Temple de l’Amour, or Temple of Love,, now a family chapel, and a small Chinese style bandstand surrounded by water, both reminders of 18th century taste, as well as being a rare and precious testimony to the Anglo-Chinese style of gardening.
