The world of dry silence
Boat tours in Plouguerneau
  • Come aboard a semi-submarine to explore the aquatic jungle of the Abers in comfort.

The rest of the boat is submerged at a depth of 1m50. You sit underwater but dry in front of large windows with magnifying glass effect. Behind you can see eelgrass beds, kelp forests and some of the richest fauna on the west coast. Aber Wrac'h and the Lilia archipelago are home to Europe's largest seaweed beds. Aboard the Spluj, you'll experience what it's like to dive, with the seabed at your fingertips. The guided tour lasts 45 minutes and is sheltered from bad weather: fog, rain and wind do not prevent you from going out. Twelve people can stand up in the heated, air-conditioned cabin equipped with seats to enjoy the great natural spectacle of the translucent waters of the Celtic Sea.
