In autumn, for over 30 years, some twenty towns in the Loire-Atlantique region have been going Celtic. A huge festival dedicated to Breton culture. Two months of madness to catch the taste of Celtic!
It happens in Nort-sur-Erdre, Pornic, Batz-sur-mer, Nantes... Every year, in October and November, Celtomania attracts thousands of fans. Fans of traditional sounds revisited, mixed and enlivened, Irish rhythm, North American folk... Over forty events on the bill! Not to mention film screenings with workshops, tastings, debates and concerts, as well as a Fest-Deiz to shake and dance in unison, storytelling sessions to marvel at, café concerts, literary selections, exhibitions... Quite simply, it's celtofolie!
