The Cité des Peintres de Cornouaille has entered the festive season: throughout December, the Pont-Aven en Lumières Festival invites you to (re)discover the river and the heritage of the town centre, transformed into a living tableau thanks to a luminous and original night-time itinerary.
At dusk, with Christmas fast approaching, Pont-Aven takes on a palette of colours and lights all its own. The night-time stroll that awaits you is an invitation to dream and discover, through squares, alleyways and illuminated facades. The route continues along the river Aven, with its bridges, wash-houses and rocky chaos: a trail of luminous emotions comes to life, from shadow to blaze, in the midst of a magnificent natural setting. And to prolong the magic of the moment, galleries and shops will be open at night every Friday and Saturday in December. Let there be light!
