In Paimpol, the Arin family's marine farm has been cultivating fine oysters for several generations on a magnificent site, where you can enjoy a tasting session with your feet in the sand.
There's only one step from the sea to the plate. And the Ferme Marine Paimpolaise is happy to take that step. Situated on a headland along the customs path, the farm has overlooked Paimpol Bay for three generations of oyster farmers, united by a passion for fresh local produce. The farm grows its baby oysters in its own oyster beds in Charente-Maritime. But it's in Paimpol that they grow for three years of patient cultivation, during which they are returned to the beds and worked on regularly in the workshop to produce a quality shellfish. Between April and September, the farm runs an oyster bar to showcase its products. A wooden hut, a few tables on the sand and an uninterrupted view of the sea... A simple, privileged way to share a gourmet moment with family and friends.
