A pure Breton, Fanny leads refreshing culinary walks and iodine-flavoured Armorican cookery workshops.
Family tradition has it that it was in the lap of her grandmother from Finistère that Fanny discovered seafood, the fresh catch that was fetched from the quayside when the boats returned. Now living near Saint-Malo, Fanny has adopted her recipes and her savoir-faire to pass on her taste for Breton products and their seasonal flavours, adapted to the times. There are two options for workshops. Fanny gives private cooking lessons at your home. She also runs group sessions in a shared kitchen in Saint-Coulomb. This is your chance to try roast scallops with bacon, buckwheat risotto or the famous kig ha farz! For culinary walks in Dinard, allow 2 hours on the foreshore at high tide, basket in hand. An introduction to fishing on foot invariably ends with a tasting of Breton specialities. Yummy!
