Located at the Arzal dam, the nautical base "Au fil des eaux" allows you to go for a walk from the river to the ocean.

About ten kilometres from the mouth of the Vilaine, the Arzal dam regulates the flow of the river. It is also the starting point for superb nautical excursions in the vicinity of La Roche-Bernard, a city of character with a renowned marina. "Au fil des eaux" offers various possibilities for renting canoes, kayaks and paddles. The base also has its own fleet of thermal and electric boats without a licence. For sailing without getting tired! If you want to see more of the landscape, you can choose to go down the river after a transfer by minibus. For a 3 or 6 hour trip, or even two days in a bivouac.
