When you walk into the modern building of the La Belle Iloise cannery in Quiberon, you can't imagine the unique, traditional know-how it contains. Since 1932, the same gestures have been repeated here, always by hand. Not for the sake of the past, but because it's the best way to work the fish and preserve its flavour. During your visit, you'll be able to discover the history of the company and the evolution of the trade, through archive films and reconstructions of the workshops. The tour ends with a free in-store tasting session.
