La Distillerie du Morbihan is the fruit of an exciting collaboration between Claire, a Briton originally from Yorkshire, and François, a Breton by adoption. Together, they produce artisanal spirits with subtle plant aromas and embody a new generation of Breton craft distilleries, combining traditional know-how, creativity and local roots. Their super-fine wheat alcohol and 80% recycled glass bottles come from France. Two gins typify the house's identity: Gin56, elegant and structured, and Algaïa, more iodised, where Breton seaweed expresses all the freshness of the coast. Where can you meet them? At their distillery in Plescop, where you can see the entire production process by appointment. The 372-litre copper and stainless steel still is sure to impress! Their gins are on sale at the distillery and in wine shops and delicatessens in the Vannetais area, as well as in Finistère, Loire-Atlantique and Paris. A perfect blend of British heritage and Breton soil, this is the crème de la crème of gins. To be enjoyed in moderation.
