Between nature and traditional heritage, the ecomuseum invites you to discover rural life in the Monts d'Arrée, via the visit of two remarkable sites located on either side of the ridge line: the Cornec house and the village of Kerouat.

In Saint Rivoal, the Cornec house, a small manor house built in 1702, is still in its original state. The Bothorel house bears witness to the evolution of rural life until the 1950s. As you walk through the heart of the village, you will pass by orchards and vegetable gardens. From spring to autumn, workshops and events invite you to rediscover the skills of yesteryear. What could be more fun than learning how to churn butter with your family? A temporary exhibition looks back on the fires that marked 2022 by giving a voice to artists and inhabitants. To cross the ridge and walk through the village of Kerouat, which developed around the first mill built in 1610, you will have to be patient. It is being renovated and will reopen its doors to you in the spring of 2024.
