In Minhic-sur-Rance, Faumea school combines yoga classes and paddle board outings, in tune with your senses and the marine element.

Flora knows all about the sea. A former top-level sailing athlete, the young woman was also a marine biologist researcher. She has now converted to Hatha yoga and stand-up paddle (SUP), but the sea still thrills her. Today, she passes on her know-how during the day or during courses on the peaceful banks of the Rance. Are you dreaming of a private yoga class on the beach with your friends? Or a water sports discovery outing followed by an evening aperitif? Everything takes place in nature so that you can zone out. Faumea school is mobile, with Flora moving around with a truck and trailer, choosing the beach depending on the weather and the time of day. For maximum enjoyment, you could even combine yoga and paddle boarding in the same day. And why not try yoga on the board? That's the house speciality, the only one of its kind in Brittany.
