Bertrand Larcher is obviously part of its dynamism, with his Comptoir Breizh Café as well as the Maison du Sarrasin. No need to draw you a picture: this charming shop is entirely dedicated to the small seed of this plant from the Polygonaceae family, a fundamental element of Breton farming and culinary tradition. In addition to its many nutritional virtues, buckwheat is not only used to make galettes. It also lends its distinctive flavour and complex aromas to crisps, biscuits, honey, pasta, infusions and more. It's all there on the shelves at home!
