Since 1923, Les Craquelins de Saint-Malo has been passionately making these puffed breads, symbols of Breton gastronomy. In the shop adjoining the workshop, the flavours are varied. Plain or sweet cracker, caramel heart, orange or raspberry, will you give in to temptation? To make sure you can enjoy them at any time of day, the workshop offers cooking classes in small groups with local chefs. Burger style, aperitif, lemon tartlet, tiramisu or apple crumble, there's no shortage of ideas! To discover the secrets of Breton cracker making, free guided tours are available by prior arrangement.
