Adèle and Thomas spent a long time on the high seas before settling on the coast of Brittany, along the Pointe du Van road. Passionate about viticulture and agro-ecology, the couple have transformed the old grocery shop in Beuzec-Cap-Sizun into a traditional distillery with a delicious vintage feel. Taste, smell... Les Voiles Cap Sizun macerate their ingredients exclusively in natural brandies. Your nose will tingle and your palate will come alive as you rub shoulders with the intoxicating flavours of citrus fruit, cardamom, fir, elderberry and aromatic herbs grown in the garden. Other home-grown crops will soon be added to the drinks. There are already four vintages of spirits to discover. And since the art of tasting is a science, Adèle and Thomas are also organising workshops at the distillery, a sensory marine trail and a discovery of cheese-spirit pairings.
