Sails unfurled, spray on the cheeks... Leaving Baden, the André Yvette glides between the islands of the Gulf. A timeless cruise on the last Breton gabare still at sea.

The wood creaks under your feet, the sails are hoisted by hand: the journey begins. In Baden, the André Yvette, an old sailing ship built in 1936, takes you on board in the wake of the gabariers of yesteryear. In days gone by, it transported seaweed and pebbles between the islands; today, it carries the curious, families and groups looking for a moment apart. A half-day outing in the Gulf, an escapade to Houat or Hoëdic, an aperitif at sea, a night on board... each cruise has its own colour. You'll sail along wild islets, past oyster beds and white houses, and sometimes come across a seal.And here, there are no spectators: everyone can take part, take the helm, manoeuvre and hoist the sails. Children love it - and adults too! There's a maximum of 28 people on board, sometimes strangers, sometimes a group taking the boat out for a seminar, a birthday or a cousin's party. It doesn't matter: we're sharing a unique moment, between peaceful islets and golden reflections on the water.
