A graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Cuisine Française, culinary journalist and manager of a table d'hôtes, Myriam Domange travelled all over France and abroad before opening her own restaurant in Saint-Malo Intramuros. A vegetarian by conviction, it's only natural that she should offer vegetarian and vegan dishes in her restaurant. "Annadata Sukhi Bhava" is a mantra from the Vedic tradition and the Indian spiritual leader Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, meaning "May all those who have contributed to this food be happy". Every 10 days, the menu changes according to market supplies and the creativity of the chef. 90% of the ingredients are organic. On the menu: dishes inspired by French, Indian, Japanese and American cuisine. Brandade, maki, vegetable palet. A zen and tasty stopover in the land of privateers!
