Discover committed cuisine concocted by purists in the village of Saint-Rivoal!
If you're looking for an original address in the Monts d'Arrée, head for Saint-Rivoal. Just a stone's throw from the village square is the Auberge du Menez. On the menu: scrupulously selected local ingredients from within a fifty-kilometre radius and preparation methods that promise to surprise the palate: lacto-fermentation, matured meat, smoking and dehydration. The two partners, Josef Drigé and Manuel Penas Galego, who have worked at Le Globulle Rouge and Beaj Kafé in Brest, concoct top-quality cuisine at the gates of Hell! After a two-month tour of their 28 producers, these two purists have developed their cuisine based on the ingredients they found. A fine address well worth a visit!
