The Carré Saint-Michel brilliantly combines the flavours of the sea and local produce, serving comforting, iodised cuisine in a simple, warm setting with panoramic views over the Bay of Koréjou.

Let yourself be guided by chef Elodie's taste for simple, tasty products as you enjoy a happy 'return to your roots', facing the watershed between the English Channel and the Celtic Sea, off the coast of Koréjou beach. The stars of the menu include seafood sauerkraut, pesked ha farz, a Breton-style blend of fish and buckwheat, and pan-fried vegetables with curry and coconut milk, all of which go well with a fruity Loire wine or a tangy Minervois grape. For dessert, indulge in the house speciality, a pavlova made with meringue, vanilla whipped cream and fresh lemon, unless you prefer to try some cooked pears from the region, served with a delicious hot chocolate sauce.
