Local producers and partners from whom Ismet, the owner, buys wheat and buckwheat, free-range chickens, cheese and seasonal vegetables. On the menu, delicious sandwiches, salads and burgers, accompanied by organic wine and home-made bread, but also the "complete", a hearty plate of cider confit and potatoes sautéed with garlic and parsley.
