On their bookshelves, cookery books from all over the world... So many sources of inspiration (with an 's'!) for Alexandre Jutton. In the heart of the Saint-Patern district of Vannes, this chef and his wife Elise have come up with a restaurant that knows no borders. Having worked with several Michelin-starred chefs, Alexandre enjoys cooking local produce with great creativity. On the plate, black pudding is served with cucumber pickles and crab meat; kimchi and coleslaw cabbage mixed with ribot milk and shellfish... Fireplaces, exposed brick and stone, blue velvet armchairs, hand-painted sketches by the chef on the walls, dried flowers... the decor elegantly blends the old and the new. We love the tables, neither round nor square, tailor-made for the restaurant.
