Natural wines and uncompromisingly creative cuisine for this new address in the historic centre of Brittany's capital
Jozy is the brainchild of Noé Viviès (in the kitchen) and Lucy Rosedale (in the dining room). After several years of culinary travels around the world - from Japan to Mexico, via Paris and Istanbul - they chose the Breton capital to settle down. At Jozy, contemporary French cuisine and the cellar express themselves freely, blending international inspiration with local Breton produce. Each plate, each glass, tells the story of a season and a producer. The short menu changes every week and is an invitation to share between nibbles, specific dishes and tasting menus. Like this scallop with XO sauce and tosazu jelly. The wines and the warm welcome are just like the food, with no false notes! An experience for lovers.
