In the Bay of Saint-Brieuc, the Mytilus farm operates a park of more than ten thousand bouchot mussel stakes. A gourmet passion that we share on the bus and on the terrace.

For four generations in Hillion, in the aptly named Bon abri area, the Hurtaud family has been working with seafood, in particular the famous Label Rouge certified bouchot mussel. A strange vehicle, the Myti'Bus, will take you to the heart of the park to discover a job like no other, mussel farming. At the foot of the stakes, Guillaume and his team will explain the life cycle of the mussels, their environment, the cultivation techniques and the functioning of the ecosystem of the nature reserve. Allow two hours to go round the subject at low tide before sitting down to dinner (reservation required). Head for the Cabane, a friendly, sheltered terrace where you can taste the house speciality with a view of the sea. Can it get any fresher?
