Buckwheat is on everyone's lips at this cosy spot in the heart of Saint-Malo, with its many sweet and savoury interpretations. Original and very good!

After the grocery shop version of the Maison du Sarrasin, Bertrand Larcher continues to explore and share all the secrets of buckwheat in a tea room version. The 'recipe' used by the owner of this and many other establishments remains unchanged: warm decor made from noble materials, warm colours, carefully selected crockery, an extremely rigorous selection of raw materials and some quite astonishing culinary proposals. In this tearoom with its terrace, buckwheat is cooked and presented in all its guises... On the menu, savoury and sweet, buckwheat crisps served with a tartar of Saint-Lunaire seaweed, seasonal cakes and tarts, galettes including this all-buckwheat galette combining buckwheat honey, puffed buckwheat and buckwheat ice cream. And that's just a small sample of the menu, which also includes crêpes made from another flour, wheat! Enjoy!
