In 2026, Marie and Olivier Carissan will be celebrating the tenth anniversary of their Petite Auberge, located between Fougères and Ernée. And their address has everything to please! The contemporary bistro decor, with its sobriety and elegance, is very appealing. Very good points for the approach, which consists of working with local producers and craftsmen, selecting superb raw materials like these scallops, and constantly changing the short menu according to what's available. And excellent final points for Marie's service, and Olivier's cuisine, which interprets the land and sea with great inspiration and relevance... To top it all off, there are wines direct from numerous estates and in-house beers!
