This daring establishment, both in its architecture and the content of its dishes, offers a unique experience in Piré-Chancé.
In this circular restaurant shaped like a UFO with a green roof, chef Jérôme Jouadé offers an original cuisine directly inspired by the vegetable garden below. The chef's dedication and creativity were rewarded with a Michelin star just a few months after the restaurant opened. Judge for yourself: St Pierre gravlax and vegetables; free-range pork and its delicious walnut juice; Saint-Brieuc tuna tataki and Paimpol cocos. The menu changes every week depending on the timing of the harvest, and its contents are not revealed in advance. You can choose between a five-course or eight-course menu. But that's all you need to know, just let your taste buds take over. A rare establishment, as much for its cuisine as for its decor!
