People come here for its creative, home-cooked cuisine, but also for its incredible view of the Salines: a feast for the eyes as well as the taste buds... In the kitchen, chef Thomas Chauvet celebrates Brittany's terroir with creative, locavore dishes inspired by the land and sea. Special mention should be made of his original vegan dishes, prepared according to the season, the fish of the day served with locally sourced vegetables, and his fresh oysters from regional producers.
