Open for less than a year, the little Raout is already the talk of the town. The adventure began with three friends: Jeanne, Alexandre and Jules. All three of them are passionate about good food, and buy only local produce. The lunchtime menu at a fair price changes almost every day. The motto is to indulge in the great classics of comforting traditional French cuisine, such as the duck leg with pommes grenaille dotted with pak choï cabbage and spiced jus. For dessert, the legendary warm Nicolas Berger chocolate mousse is all the rage. In the evening, the menu is more extensive. Whether on the plate or in the glass, taste, seasonality and generosity are the watchwords. Sunday evening is a one-course meal, so you don't get the blues before going back to work.
