Founded in 1993 by Marianne and Nicolas, two pioneers of natural wines, this Rennes bistro was taken over by Jules and Nicolas in 2018. Open from Monday to Saturday, the chef offers five or six starters, four dishes of the day, two fish dishes, two meat dishes, as well as homemade desserts, including Marianne's famous rice pudding and the famous millefeuille. Between the great classics of French cuisine and the inspiration of the moment, the Corkscrew knows how to move with the times. In fine weather, you can take advantage of the two terraces on rue du Chapitre and rue Montfort. It's a place where nostalgia for the bistro is still alive and well.
