After wandering between Paris and Corsica, Yves Beautrix settled in Audierne, in South Finistère, in 2020. Here, in this old 17th century house, you have to ring the bell to enter the restaurant as if you were visiting a friend. In a cosy interior, with grey walls and wooden furniture, the eight tables reinforce the confidential side of the place. Yves Beautrix officiates both in the dining room and in the kitchen. The seafood is carefully sourced from a local fisherman, and the 500 wines in the cellar would make any wine merchant swoon. On the plate, the snacked octopus with reduced octopus and lobster juice flavoured with ginger, star anise and lemongrass leaves an unforgettable impression. An address to discover for an exceptional dinner.
