A former first-aid post converted into a seasonal "straw hut", open whatever the weather, on the beach at Lancieux. On the menu: resolutely locavore dishes and a 'wow' view of the Ebihens archipelago.
Take off your flip-flops and sit with your feet in the sand, or almost, on the beach at Saint-Sieu, in Lancieux. When the weather's fine, Adélaïde and Grégory Périssol serve up a cuisine that's as well prepared as it is committed to the long term. The short menu changes every day, with a choice of two starters, two main courses and a sandwich. Line-caught fish from Brittany, vegetables and fruit from local organic producers, wild plants and seaweed are all on the menu. Green asparagus, ribot milk and a perfect egg; celery remoulade and seaweed tartar; flambéed red mullet, fennel and peas... To be enjoyed with a glass of organic wine or a local fermented drink, in a straw hut atmosphere, on wooden tables on the terrace. A few places are also available indoors. For an extra charge, you can enjoy a stunning sunset over the Ebihens archipelago!
