If you're a fan of old-fashioned wheat, natural ciders and industrial décor, this crêperie from Finistère is the place for you.
The origin of the products is no joke here. This country-style crêperie only makes galettes from buckwheat flour and ancient wheat, grown and milled by Yves Philippe, the manager. Opened in May 2022, this crêperie gives pride of place to local producers: the eggs come from the neighbouring farm le pépin et la plume, the cheese from the Kimerc'h farm in Bannalec and the butter from the Kerguillet dairy. The place also serves as a bar and delicatessen, where local produce is once again the order of the day. Our current favourite? La torche impériale: a galette filled with poached chicken with fresh herbs, preserved lemon, fresh asparagus from La Torche, organic mirror egg, fresh spinach and organic tomme cheese. A cosy place open every day, ideal for large parties!
