Modern bistro cuisine that follows the seasons, near Port Haliguen in Quiberon. Meat, fish, vegetarian dishes... there's something for every taste and budget.
Looking for a safe, quiet address in Quiberon? From the church, head towards Port Haliguen. Halfway there, you'll come across Brume, tucked away in a pavilion. Wooden tables and chairs, no tablecloths, plate presentation... this restaurant has all the hallmarks of a bistro. Vincent Le Balch''s cuisine has an added touch of modernity. The chef, who works exclusively with local produce, likes to play with spices and herbs. On the slate, blanquette with spring onions sits alongside porcetta confit and stuffed with sage and warm lentils, scallops with Jerusalem artichoke purée and typhoon hollandaise sauce, or hake with mint melon and fennel... depending on the season. Lobster is available almost all year round. Emmanuel Grégoire and Emmanuelle Prigent are on hand in the dining room or on the veranda (in fine weather) to provide service and wine advice, especially on natural wines.
