Josselin is famous for its fortified castle and timber-framed houses. From now on, you can count on Simon Jouët. Trained by Paul Bocuse for ten years, the chef has returned to his native Brittany to open his restaurant with his wife, Mounia, a stone's throw from the basilica. A true family and culinary adventure, the chef offers cuisine worthy of a gourmet restaurant, but in a friendly atmosphere with a contemporary decor. Roast veal sweetbread with homemade jus, American-style monkfish, pistachio dome dessert, Morello cherry heart in a chocolate shell or Breton shortbread, strawberry mousse with candied rhubarb... With a short menu that changes every month, affordable prices and open from Thursday to Monday in high season, this is a great place to discover!
